Shipping Policy

We at MONTYYBUCKS INC know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

• The product will be shipped to you within 3-5 working days depending on the place of delivery.

• Free shipping of all products, on minimum purchase value of Rs.999 and above.

• The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.

Cancellation Policy

MONTYYBUCKS.COM reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

• To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.

• Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.

• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

• If the product is open, do not accept the order.

• No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons

• Cashback Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.

• Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.

• Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.

• MONTYYBUCKS.COM reserves the right to cancel any promotional 'Promo Code' and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable to Cashback Promo Codes)

• Cashback and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at MONTYYBUCKS.COM. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cashback cannot be generated.

• Cash back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion MONTYYBUCKS.COM.
